YMCA NSW (the Y) is a for-purpose organisation committed to inspiring and empowering young people. The organisation invests in local communities and creates connections through its large number of recreation centres, out of school hours care services, camping locations and a diverse range of valuable community programs.
Project: The Community Impact Report (Annual Report) showcases the work and achievements of YMCA NSW over the 2017-2018 financial year. The project involved writing the report, including many customer and staff case studies and testimonials; organising the content layout; and liaising closely with the designer.
Outcome: The Report – shared online and in print format – is a valuable promotional tool for the organisation. The CEO, Executive Leadership Team and Area Managers regularly share it with key stakeholders including current and prospective corporate and government partners.
