Wentworth Healthcare is the provider of the Nepean Blue Mountains Primary Health Network (NBMPHN). The organisation works with and supports general practice, other primary healthcare providers and the many health and non-health stakeholders across the region (Blue Mountains, Hawkesbury, Lithgow and Penrith).
Project: GP Grapevine – a peer-to-peer bulletin providing updates and opinions from GPs and opportunities for GPs to get involved in NBMPHN initiatives. Devised and edited the print and email versions of the quarterly bulletin.
Result: GPs are better informed about NBMPHN and have clear mechanisms to provide feedback on issues or ideas that affect them and the care of their patients.
