The Children’s Hospital at Westmead is the largest paediatric centre in NSW, providing
the most advanced care and treatment options for more than 80,000 sick and injured children from NSW, Australia and across the Pacific Rim.
Project: Edited the quarterly staff newsletter Kids Talk, putting the call out to the hospital’s 3,000 staff for contributions; writing sections of content; editing submissions; organising the content layout and liaising with the designer.
Result: Staff felt they had a strong communications vehicle to showcase their work to their colleagues and receive updates on key initiatives and successes across the hospital.
